Your Impact
Mandate Leadership: Independently manage financial accounting, including year-end closings, tax declarations, and VAT for a diverse SME portfolio.
Strategic Reporting: Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting cycles for the firm, ensuring alignment with international group standards.
Business Development: Actively drive growth through the acquisition of new fiduciary mandates and the expansion of the service portfolio.
Digital Innovation: Lead the evolution of the internal IT and application landscape to ensure cutting-edge service delivery.
Stakeholder Sparring: Act as a high-level consultant and sparring partner for internal and external stakeholders at a global level.
Leadership Evolution: Gradually assume expanded management responsibilities as part of the planned leadership transition.
Requirements
Expertise: You possess a federally recognized degree or higher diploma in Fiduciary Services or Finance/Accounting.
Experience: You have several years of experience in the independent management of SME mandates within a Swiss fiduciary context.
Reporting Standards: You are highly proficient in Swiss GAAP FER and local tax laws.
Language Skills: You are a native/bilingual German speaker with the ability to handle financial reporting and group communication in English.
Mindset: You are a service-oriented, communicative personality with a strong desire to take on entrepreneurial responsibility and strategic design.
