Responsibilities:In this pioneering role you will be an integral member of our international, interdisciplinary research department, comprised of skilled medical research engineers and expert physicians and working with our forward-thinking development department.Your responsibilities will cover:

  • Extracting valuable insights of patient data collected in an intensive care unit environment, specifically in the context of mechanical ventilation.
  • Preparing the collected data for analysis by applying data cleaning, preprocessing and transformation techniques for visualization enabling to make informed decisions.
  • ing signal processing and statistical methods to extract meaningful information from time-series signals to uncover valuable physiological insights.
  • Developing and specifying data-driven algorithms for advanced patient monitoring and personalized respiratory therapy in our devices.

Together, we'll transform your findings into creative solutions to advance mechanical ventilation technology. Qualifications:

  • University degree (MSc) in the field of biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, physics or equivalent
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in clinical data handling, data analysis and machine learning techniques in a med-tech environment or a PhD in a relevant field
  • Advanced programming skills in Matlab and Python
  • Fluent in English
  • Structured and neat working manner
