YOUR ROLE

As an Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager in the daily management of the store, the development of the team and the achievement of commercial objectives.

You combine leadership, commercial awareness and customer focus to create a high-performing team and an outstanding store experience.

TEAM & LEADERSHIP

• Support, motivate and develop the team to achieve their full potential.
• Build strong and positive relationships with the team and Store Management.
• Lead by example and create a motivating and collaborative environment.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members.

COMMERCIAL & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and business objectives.
• Analyse key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business priorities into clear actions for the team.
• Ensure an excellent and consistent customer experience.
• Use customer feedback and business trends to improve store performance.
• Maintain high standards across the sales floor and back-of-house.

STORE OPERATIONS

• Support the day-to-day running of the store.
• Ensure company standards, procedures and policies are consistently followed.
• Organise priorities effectively according to business needs.
• Monitor stock, replenishment and product availability.
• Ensure the store is always commercially ready and operationally efficient.
