HR Operations Experienced Professional (m/f/d)

As a Talent Acquisition Partner in our motivated team, you will be a key player in shaping our workforce. You will work closely with our business leaders and HR partners to attract, select, retain, and advance employees and external candidates, helping to drive our business strategy forward.

- Working Hours: 100%
- Home-Office: 2-3 days / week, after arrangement with the manager
Your responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate selection and interviews to reference checks and offer negotiations
Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand talent needs across various business units
Advocate for internal talent and promote advancement opportunities within the business
Collaborate with our sourcing team to build robust external talent pipelines
Work effectively with HR Operations to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, including job postings, candidate scheduling, and offer processing
Advise business stakeholders on talent acquisition strategy and contribute to continuous improvement projects
Participate in employer branding activities, including early talent and trainee programs, to boost our brand locally and online
Your qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Psychology, HR, or a related field is preferred
Several years of in-house, end-to-end recruiting experience in a global, matrixed environment. While an agency background is welcome, a minimum of three years of in-house recruitment experience is required.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency in both English and German
A strong track record of successfully delivering projects within your areas of expertise
A good understanding of succession and workforce planning
Familiarity with application tracking tools and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Strong interpersonal and networking skills
