Electrical Power System Quality Engineer 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

For our client, an international company based in Zurich, we are looking for a dedicated Electrical Power System Quality Engineer 80 - 100% (f/m/d).





 

General Information:

 

• Location: Zurich

• Start Date: ASAP

• Duration: permanent

• Working Hours: 80- 100% 

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead root cause analysis of failures on GIS

• Drive cases affecting many different customers

• Owner of internal and external customer complaints and ensure a fast and sustainable solution to customer issues

• Prepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders

• Run improvement projects on specific topics 

• Provide support for and / or lead on-site investigations

• Identify improvements and drive the implementation

• Prepare method statements for troubleshooting cases

Your Qualifications:

• 5 years of Experience in Electrical power systems with experience in O&M of T&D systems

• Background in quality function or project management / engineering in gas-insulated switchgear field

• Profound understanding of electrical systems and electrical equipment

• Experience in commissioning T&D systems is a plus

• Fluent English skills, German and any other language are beneficial

• Experience in quality management and / or project management will be considered a plus

• Good communication and cultural sensitivity
