Output 1 (by end of March) – Attend TOT briefing, conduct business onboarding and review eligibility check list. Provide business profile summary and business organizational chart for each SME.

Output 2 (by end of April) – Complete diagnostic assessment and in depth digital and financial audits for each SME according to training methodology provided. Provide digital and financial audits for each SME and deliverable report on progress and 1‑1 mentoring completed.

Output 3 (by end of July) – Translate gaps and insights into an action plan for each SME according to training methodology provided. Provide acceleration plan for each SME and deliverable report on progress of 1‑1 mentoring completed.

Output 4 (by end of August 2026) – Define how grant funding will support acceleration priorities according to training methodology provided. Provide grant alignment report for each SME and deliverable report on progress of 1‑1 mentoring completed.

Output 5 (by end of January 2027) – Support execution of the action plan and monitor progress according to training methodology provided. Capture results and impact of support for each SME.
