As a valued member of our process development and innovation department, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and innovation within our organization. Specifically, you will be responsible for managing project-based activities focused on implementing digital solutions using Thermofisher Scientific's Momentum scheduler software for our robotic platform development.In this position, you will collaborate closely with IT vendors, project stakeholders, and end-users to identify and address the needs of our scientific communities. Your agile mindset will enable you to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions while effectively communicating with stakeholders and managing changes throughout the implementation process.

Education and Professional Experience: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in a scientific or engineering discipline with a strong IT background, or an IT specialist with demonstrated experience in laboratory informatics
  • Comfort working within a global matrix organization
  • Working kledge of laboratory equipment and instruments
  • Experience integrating IT, manufacturing, and laboratory informatics management tools such as SDM, LIMS, LES, ELN, CDS, SDMS, and SDM
  • Kledge and experience in Computerized System Validation
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong autonomy and exceptional organizational abilities
  • Fluent in business English, with French language skills considered an asset
