We are hiring an HR Service Advisor (m/w/d) 100% for Lonza AG in Visp

Your Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end processing of HR service requests
  • Customer service and problem-solving
  • Support with HR events and system usage
  • Process improvement and consulting
  • Contribution to HR projects

Your Profile:

  • Education/Study in Human Resources
  • Organized, proactive, and resilient
  • Intercultural competence
  • 3-5 years of HR experience
  • Fluent in German and Business English
