Guests of honour at the gastronomy fair in Bulle

As part of the event, visitors are welcome to try the delicacies of several special regions and companies. The following are the guests of honour for the 2024 edition of the Gastronomy Fair:

The Swiss Association of AOP-IGP

The markers of quality in local and regionally produced foods are celebrating their 25th anniversary. Come and taste prized Swiss specialities in their Village Shop.

The Swiss Bakery Trophy 

The Swiss Bakery Trophy will hold its 10th edition during the Swiss Tastes and Terroirs Fair. This national competition rewards the creativity, originality and know-how of the artisan. For a baker-pastry chef-confectioner, a medal at the Swiss Bakery Trophy is the highest distinction that can be obtained.

Peru Experience

Diverging from the Swiss nature of the rest of the guests of honour, the Peru Experience gives you the chance to try high-quality Andean cuisine and ingredients.

Gastronomy Fair in Bulle to offer a plethora of culinary delights

Along with the guests of honour, there is an extensive list of exhibitors that present a plethora of culinary delights from all across Switzerland. The fair also has workshops and presentations about the various gastronomy elements in specific regions of Switzerland, including workshops specifically for families with children.

There will also be a beer garden and a food truck village so that you can make the most of the day by filling up on your favourite food and drinks.
