The Swiss Association of AOP-IGP

The markers of quality in local and regionally produced foods are marking their 26th edition of the event. Come and taste prized Swiss specialities in their Village Shop.

The Swiss Bakery Trophy 

The Swiss Bakery Trophy will hold its 12th edition during the Swiss Tastes and Terroirs Fair. This national competition rewards the creativity, originality and know-how of the artisan. For a baker-pastry chef-confectioner, a medal at the Swiss Bakery Trophy is the highest distinction that can be obtained.

Gastronomy Fair in Bulle to offer a plethora of culinary delights

Along with the guests of honour, there is an extensive list of exhibitors that present a plethora of culinary delights from all across Switzerland. The fair also features workshops and presentations on the various gastronomic elements in specific regions of Switzerland, including sessions specifically designed for families with children.

There will also be a beer garden and a food truck village so that you can make the most of the day by filling up on your favourite food and drinks.
