Senior Change and Release Manager (80%-100%)

Are you experienced in managing configuration, environment asset and lifecycle processes, ensuring effective implementation and delivery?
Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive the change and release transformation (process and technology) to support agile within the Bank
  • Manage the banks release schedule, underpinning the delivery of strategic and transformation projects
  • Ensure effective process execution; scope alignment with business priorities, delivery of expected value and performance monitoring
  • Continuously improve processes, learning from mistakes and proactively implementing improvements
  • Ensure priorities are managed, quality gates are adhered to, and dependencies and risks are identified
  • Support initiatives driving our technology transformation such as process automation, event management, data analytics
  • Leadership of a small team (1-2 internal employees) and management of external service providers

Your profile:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education/work experience
  • 5+ years’ within an IT service management/service delivery or agile delivery environment, with demonstrable experience in the required areas
  • Experience with Service or another ITSM tool including practical experience implementing or managing processes
  • Flexible mind-set, happy to work in a changing environment and willing to take on a broad range of activities
  • Strong communicator at all organisational levels. Able to set direction and effectively manage priorities
