Requirements:- Master's degree (university / university of applied science) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
5 years in a technical domain and 5-8 years managerial experience in IT architecture skills/kledge, experience and kledge in the retail sector as well as in the development, responsibility and management of high-scale digital systems.
English (excellent kledge) & German (sound kledge)

You are a critical thinker with the ability to find new solutions outside of traditional frameworks and have a problem-solving aptitude.
You enjoy creating a bridge between teams and companies.

You have excellent communication-, mediation and people skills, are structured and self-organised.
You love to reduce unclarity and noise.
Responsibilities:- Lead the IT department together with your IT management colleagues.
Manage staff and development activities in Zurich (20 FTEs) and support our teams in delivery.
Participate in IT Vision / outlook definition and execution.
Build and run high quality solutions.
Support our teams in all administrative domain & processes (finance, security, audit, invoicing, contracts, vendor management).
Clarify development guidelines, roles and activities in collaboration with other Heads (PO, UX, etc..).
Ensure cross-site coordination with the teams in Ecublens.
Ensure good sourcing, recrute, coach, develop and retain IT staff.
