Requirements:- Your skills

- You have production experience in modern software development and ideally a degree in computer science or relevant working experience
- You have a solid understanding of system design, data structures and algorithms
- You strive when taking on great responsibility, are comfortable to make decisions and to drive topics autonomously
- You are independent but value and expect honest feedback along with being an excellent communicator and collaborator
- You have a positive mindset and live the principle of constant learning. With your open mind, you enjoy to handle new challenges and easily adapt to new technologies, tools and market situations
- You are experienced in working with agile methodologies

Responsibilities:- Your team environment

- Join our tech and product department with 7 agile cross-functional teams. We are 40+ product people and love collaborating as well as having a good time together
- Our 5 product teams each consist of software engineers (FE, BE, FS), Product Managers and UX Designers. UI Design, UX Writing, UX Research, QA & Data are our centralised Avengers
- We work cloud-based (AWS) and serverless with a modern DevOps setup and development workflows
- Crowdhouse Tech stack & tools ( TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, AWS, Kubernetes
- Open communication is highly valued. We are directly involved in the decision-making processes and cultivate a strong learning culture
- We are a diverse international team and communicate in English

Your role and impact

- You will contribute to the design and architecture of our SaaS platform
- You enhance and maintain modern development workflows as well as CI/CD pipelines and integrate your changes multiple times per day
- Depending on your preference, you can focus on front- or back-end development. You should be comfortable and eager to touch and learn the other side as well
- You frequently do pair programming to share kledge and to learn from your peers
- You write clean code with a solid testing approach which is maintainable in the future
- You will contribute along the whole development cycle of the Crowdhouse ecosystem: your opinion is valued and integrated from the first discovery activities up to the final delivery of the product
