What you manage:
  • Build and maintain the platform for future TWINT applications based on AWS public cloud services
  • Build and optimize the DevOps platform to enable developers and engineers to be as productive as possible
  • Responsible for the interaction of the overall system of our technically versatile product: A complex system of multiple backends, mobile apps, websites and connections to financial institutions and retailers
  • Working closely with developers, SREs and other DevOps Engineers in a DevOps team and across teams
  • Responsible for the full application lifecycle, from creating the infrastructure-as-code, developing the application code, building pipelines all the way to production and improving the system based on collected metrics
  • Perform conceptual and development work
What you bring with you:
  • Degree in computer science (Bachelor or Master) with a focus on software engineering or a comparable education
  • Several years practical and project experience in the field of software engineering in a professional and technically complex environment
  • Kledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Terraform and Linux and of development in Java, Spring & Python
  • Strong experience in working with CI/CD and GitOps tools (GitLab, ArgoCD, etc)
  • Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps, experience with public cloud provider AWS is a plus
  • Very good English language skills (verbal and written), German is a plus
