Job Description

As the second line escalation point for all IT support queries you will work with the customer success team (1st line) and the Core Engineering Team (3rd line), monitor IT systems and understand and resolve technical issues in a prompt and professional manner.   • Analysing and resolving incoming technical support incidents, requests and changes
  • Customer onboarding such as handling imports from third-party systems
  • Managing the call/ticket queue with the Support/Customer Success team, ensuring calls/tickets are closed in a timely fashion
  • Provide updates and ensure ongoing customer communication
  • Resolution of calls/tickets ranging from simple password resets to complex server queries
  • Escalation of calls to the Core Engineering Team (3rd level) as necessary and learn about recurring patterns
  • Working as part of a close-knit and highly skilled team of engineers
  • Fix customer errors by changing data in the database
  • Help teams become better by automating and improving processes consistently

Qualifications

Your contribution to the team includes
  • You speak English (Level B2 / C1) and German (native speaker)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Friendly, confident and professional manner
  • od attention to detail with well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Strong kledge of Unix systems
  • od kledge of APIs, MySQL databases and Linux makes you shine

Nice to have

  • You are experienced in dealing with SQL, PHP and Javascript, in particular, React
  • Speaking French as well would make you a true rock star!
