Head of Compliance (m/f/d) 100% - Dutch speaking

For our international client from the banking industry in Zurich, we are looking for a dedicated, well organized and committed professional. Are you passionate about the banking industry? Are you a well structured individual and are fluently speaking German and English? We are looking for you in a permanent role as:Head of Compliance (m/f/d) 100% - Dutch speakingYour main tasks:

• You lead and develop the compliance team
  
• Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  
• Develop, implement and maintain an effective compliance program that meets all regulatory requirements, industry standards and applicable laws
  
• You investigate any alleged violations of laws, regulations, or company policies and take appropriate actions
  
• Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry trends that may impact the bank's compliance program
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders regarding compliance matters
  
• Participate in internal and Group wide committees
  
• Advice, train and inform employees in matters of compliance
  
• Align the efforts between the Swiss Compliance team and Group Compliance

Requirements:

• You have a minimum of 7 years working experience at a Bank or Asset Manager within a Compliance team
• Kledge of Swiss- and International Banking regulatory framework is a must (AML/MIFID/FIDLEG/FATCA/CRS)
• Academic background of a University degree / Compliance Degree (DAS or similar)
• Fluent in Dutch, English and German
• Team player, hands on and communication skills
• Pragmatic, business- and detail-oriented approach
• Able to work Independently
• High degree of self-motivation, being pro-active, autonomous work style, sense of responsibility and quality awareness
