  • Identify, assess, and guide experienced candidates through the full recruiting process
  • Advise our practice area leaders in their search for highly qualified specialists
  • Build networks and talent pipelines through events, active sourcing, or other channels
  • Structure and further optimize our recruiting processes for experienced hires
  • Manage the cooperation with external recruiting agencies
  • Work in close collaboration with our regional colleagues
  • Share and embed global best practices on recruiting experienced hires


  • Excellent abilities to manage various stakeholders and processes simultaneously
  • Managing various openings and candidates simultaneously
  • Understanding the big picture while having an eye for the detail
  • Building talent pipelines to fill current and future roles
  • Constantly finding new, innovative ways to improve recruiting processes and source candidates


  • Completed studies or commercial apprenticeship with further training in HR or a similar field
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in recruiting, ideally in executive search or headhunting or another field with highly specialized, experienced candidates
  • Very good kledge of English and German (C1 or higher) is a mandatory requirement
  • Professional experience in the consulting industry or a comparable field is an asset
  • An open, creative mindset paired with an outgoing personality
