i2 group is a Swiss fintech startup group redefining digital lending for institutional investors. Being an aggregator with a disruptive business model, we have established a software solution which facilitates digital lending investments in over 30 countries. To reach the next stage, we are looking for an ambitious and highly reliable law student or paralegal.You will have the unique opportunity of working in a skilled and agile team. We are looking for highly talented and motivated people who are eager to learn and grow with us. What will you be doing?

  • Legal research on various topics mainly in the following legal areas: Swiss/EU corporate law, Swiss/EU contract law, Swiss/EU financial and capital markets law, UK trust law
  • Support the inhouse legal team with K Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") topics
  • Perform legal due diligences on clients and customers of i2 group and handle due diligence requests from our business partners
  • Support the inhouse legal team with preparation of shareholders’ meetings and board meetings
  • Determine and evaluate legal risks of i2 group
  • Perform legal analysis of financial and capital markets law and regulatory topics mainly in the jurisdictions of Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the EU and UK

 What you offer

  • You are a law student (preferably in your master studies) or a paralegal
  • Practical experience in any kind of legal area is preferred
  • You work precisely and self-reliant and take on responsibility for your work
  • You have strong work ethics and pay attention to detail
  • You have a “can-do” attitude  and are a goal-oriented person
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
