Choose Bossard as your employer and benefit from attractive employment conditions. To complement our Group IT team, we are looking for an experiencedAzure Cloud & Infrastructure Architect 80-100% (all genders)Your MissionAs a Azure Cloud & Infrastructure Architect you join the newly established IT Architecture & transformation team and participate in shaping the future architecture, organization and strategy, especially with respect to agility and cloud best practices. You bring hands-on experience in designing and building our cloud infrastructure and can readily switch in a bi-modal IT world between taking infrastructure architecture ownership within projects and infrastructure team and acting as a change agent and servant leader for agile products teams. As a Azure Cloud & Infrastructure Architect, you will be the go-to person for infrastructure technologies both on-prem and in the Azure Cloud. With an upcoming IT cloud strategy, adoption and the lean-agile transition coming, you will guide, support, coach and advice engineers, projects, products on decision making to adopt best practices of application delivery, Security and Automation.Your tasks 
  • Contribute to the definition of the IT Cloud Strategy, vernance (incl. costs) and lead Adoption, IT infrastructure architecture blueprints (AS-IS and TO-BE), roadmaps, security principles, landing zone, subscriptions, standards and reusable patterns.
  • Work with IT Portfolio Manager, to develop, analyze (workload assessment), split, and realize the implementation of enabler epics (Business and IT capabilities)
  • Define and communicating a shared technical and architectural vision across IT teams, our major program (D365 FO implementation), projects and different products team.
  • Support, coach, advice the others architects and engineers, projects and products team, ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision and enable infrastructure delivery (IAC coaching)
  • Lead and support the Cloud vernance team to manage the cloud adoption, assess periodically costs and define optimizations activities
  • Support, coach, teach, advice the infrastructure and operation team to gain kledges on Infrastructure & Cloud best practices and gain autonomy. Lead activities when necessary.
  • Support, help, coach, advice the infrastructure and operation team to fully automate IaaS (IAC) and build a self-service portal for projects/products team.
  • Assess, plan, advice and support the transition of existing infrastructure to Azure cloud while owning and maintaining current on-prem infrastructure during transition
  • Ensure the projects, solutions and products under development are fit for its intended purpose by providing leadership on solution design on infrastructure and security layers
  • Ensure that solutions design balance functional, service quality, security, cost and system management requirements

 Your qualifications

  • 10 years of total experience in IT Infrastructure area.
  • 3+ years of experience as Azure Infrastructure Architect
  • Advance level Certification [AZ-303 & AZ-304] on Azure is desirable
  • SAFe (or similar) and TOGAF Enterprise Architect certification is a plus
  • od understating on Transformational and Optimization projects related to Cloud Adoption.
  • Experience on Cloud operations – CI/CD , Monitoring management, governance, cost control, compliance and security is required
  • Experience on Assessment – Discovery, Dependency Mapping, Wave planning, migration plan
  • Experience and understanding of REST APIs, JSON, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Azure AD and AD, Azure AD B2C
  • Hands-on Experience IAC tools (Terraform/ARM templates), Docker, Kubernetes, Configuration and Cost Management tools
  • Strong learning aptitude; ability and drive to learn new technologies independently
  • Strong ownership mindset; self-motivated and passionate; able to deliver without being asked
  • Excellent leadership, communication, visualization and presentation skills in English (German at B2 or higher a plus), able to communicate with technical and business audiences effectively
