Project Manager Operational Excellence 60 - 100% (w/m/d)

We are looking for your talent and proactive attitude to strengthen our client's Operational Excellence Team as a Project Manager!


Your daily tasks:
 

• Independent management of operational excellence and projects - project administration
• Participating in organisational development and recognising potential for improvement.
• Supporting the establishment and continued development of the project management structure and lean program.
• Training employees on Operational Excellence topics
• Preparation of process evaluations and analyses Support and instruction on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate) in the Microsoft ecosystem
• Encouraging the resolution of problems, workshops and meetings
• Providing assistance to departmental growth in regards to specific goals.
• Regular and direct reporting to the Manager for Operations Excellence.

What you bring:
 

• A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a similar credential.
• Additional training or experience that can be demonstrated in the field of project management
• Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment as well as in Lean Management (production and administration)
• Basic technical kledge is an advantage
• Experience in the area of Microsoft Power Platform and its applications is an advantage
