  • Leading and taking the responsibility to define, implement and enforcement the adoption of security guidelines and best practices for Kistler products
  • Professional support of developers, architects and product managers in the definition and implementation of appropriate security measures in their products
  • Performing risk-analyses with product managers and architects to take adequate security decisions and trade-offs during the product design phase
  • Actively supporting the product teams in implementing their security strategies and advising software and hardware engineers on security questions
  • Defining security guidelines, processes, and best practices for Kistler's product development teams
  • Implementing and operating critical security services and infrastructure for use by Kistler's development teams
  • Executing and evaluating security reviews ? both internally and in collaboration with external partners
  • verning Vulnerability Disclosure Programs, Bug Bounties, and other cyber-security activities
  • Training Kistler staff on security topics

Qualifikation

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
  • Specific education in security, e.g., CISSP, CSSLP, CAS information security
  • 5+ years of experience as a software developer (C#/.NET or other OO languages)
  • Experience in Test Driven Development and Domain Driven Design
  • Experience with Continuous Integration, DevOps, and corresponding toolchains
  • Excellent analytical skills and communication skills
  • Tangible passion for technical software systems and security
  • Distinct entrepreneurial thinking & acting and solution-oriented mind-set
  • Strong organizational skills and strong identification with Kistler values
  • Fluent in English (C1 or higher) or German (B2 or higher) written and spoken
