Your daily work:

  • You manage the relationships with our customers and ensure growth of our business in IT services and consulting. The region includes Bern, Basel, and Zürich, with a particular on public sector in Bern, and large customers in the private sector.
  • You are responsible for the future business development of our customers.
  • You cultivate and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to position Sopra Steria as a trusted advisor.
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers in the field of ICT solutions
  • Responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from quotation to contract conclusion

Your skills:

  • You have at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • You have several years (4+) of relevant professional experience in the sale of IT solutions.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to drive sales, identify opportunities, and close deals effectively. A strategic mindset with the ability to align sales and delivery efforts to achieve practice goals is a must.
  • You express yourself clearly and confidently in German; negotiation skills in English are necessary, and proficiency in French is a strong plus.
  • Your communication skills are outstanding, and you convince customers effortlessly.
  • As a team player, you create win-win situations for everyone involved.
