         Test Manager Instrument Design Verification Description:Do you have experience in Design Verification as a Test manager ?  Do you want to be a part of a world-leading medical device and pharma company?  Then you should read the following lines! Our client, based in ZUG   is looking for a Test Manager who is having experience in Instrument Design Verification if you are the right fit don’t hesitate to apply..We are looking for someone with a technical background, ideally in electronics- or software engineering who brings experience testing for software and hardware.
Tasks & Responsibilities: 

•  Development of testing concepts and -strategies for software and hardware testing for different testing levels
•  Setting up suitable structures in an Application Lifecycle Management Tool (Retina/Codebeamer, HP ALM)
•  Review of requirements and specifications
• Definition of test cases based on requirements, risk ratings, and complexity; selection of appropriate testing methods
•  Planning, elaboration, and documentation of all verification activities for system components and platforms • 
• Responsibility for the testing environment/equipment used in software and hardware testing
•  Accountability for the test execution incl. standardized documentation (project- and system/platform-specific documentation compliant with internal and external guidelines)
• Collaboration within the interdisciplinary development team
•  Status reporting to respective project leader

 Must Haves: 

•  Master's degree in Electronics-, Mechanical, Medical, Mechatronic-, Informatics, or Software-, Engineering 
•  5+ years of experience in software and hardware testing or in a similar field 
•  Familiar with test planning and the basics of project management 
• Experience in networking with internal stakeholders from R&D, production, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and project management 
•  Familiar with software tools and databases for test management (Retina/Codebeamer, HP ALM) and test execution
• Fluent in English

 Nice to Haves: 

• ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certifications are an advantage
•  Experienced in automated testing approaches
•   German
•   Experience in a highly regulated environment.
