About this role
Job Description
- Maintain and update data within the HubSpot CRM to support accurate daily reporting and user adoption.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining filing systems and self-service repositories for ESA processes, utilizing existing automation tools.
- Gather input from internal stakeholders and training teams to help identify basic learning needs and administrative gaps.
- Generate routine sales operations reports and routine data extracts using standard CRM analytics tools.
- Help communicate process or tool updates to sales teams, and assist sales reps with basic budget data entry and template updates.
- Follow organizational compliance guidelines, business policies, and standard operating procedures across sales administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders to pull routine sales performance data.
- Support senior team members in collecting and organizing data required for Compliance & Sustainability reports, audits, and EcoVadis inquiries.
Requirements
Requirements & Competencies
Basic working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and general sales operations concepts.
Ability to work effectively under direct or moderate supervision, executing tasks using defined guidelines.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and a conscientious approach to meeting deadlines.
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent entry-level professional experience.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English and German; French language skills are a plus.
