We're looking for x3 Fragrance Scientists to be at the forefront of fragrance innovation, helping to develop new products while ensuring the beloved scents meet all regulatory standards.

Contract Duration: September 2025 - September 2026
Start Date: End of September 2025
Based in: Geneva
 

What You'll Do:

• Develop Formulas: Design and perfect new fragrance formulas from a technical perspective, ensuring they perform flawlessly.
• Ensure Compliance: Work on a major project to update existing fragrance formulas, making sure they comply with the latest regulations.
• Run the Lab: Get hands-on with lab work—preparing batches, matching colors, conducting stability tests, and analyzing results.
• Collaborate & Lead: Partner with supervisors to design experiments and guide lab technicians.
• Problem-Solve: Use your technical skills to find creative solutions to complex formulation and production challenges.
• Scale Up: Oversee the transition of new formulas from the lab to full-scale production in our factories.
• Document Everything: Maintain precise records of all your work, from batch cards to ingredient lists.
• Source New Materials: Discover and evaluate new raw materials by meeting with suppliers.

 

Who You Are:

• University degree in a relevant science field or a technical degree with proven experience.
• English speaker (B2min.)
• Great problem-solver with a knack for making sound, timely decisions.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects at once.
