CDM Specialist for Key Accounts

As a Specialist at Randstad, your role consists of three main parts. This means you will be engaged in the care and retention of clients, including the search for and placement of candidates, and the associated administrative work.

- Establishing and expanding long-term partnerships with clients
- Responding to client requests regarding temporary employees
- Responsibility for providing services to the client and temporary employees
- Recruiting candidates, as well as matching client vacancies with candidates
- Building, expanding, and managing candidate and temporary employee pools
- Responsibility for temporary employees' salary payments and reporting
- Ensuring seamless, efficient administration in accordance with internal process guidelines
- Advising clients and temporary employees
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this job?

You have completed a vocational apprenticeship in a technical or commercial field and bring at least 4-5 years of professional experience in a technical or commercial environment.
Ideally, you have completed further education as an HR Administrator.
You have a precise way of working and an eye for what is important and essential.
Independence and a willingness to take responsibility, enthusiasm, and flexibility are part of your daily routine.
You like to get things done, enjoy your work, and handle changes positively.
You are a strong communicator and can both give and receive feedback.
You are an open-minded and proactive person who brings a proactive work style and new ideas to the daily business.
A high degree of quality and service orientation is a matter of course for you.
You speak very good French and ideally another European language.
You hold a valid driver's license.
