Branch Manager (m/w/d)

Your typical day includes


  • Building, maintaining, and further developing long-term, strategic relationships with clients and candidates in the blue-collar sector, including advising on appropriate recruitment solutions.

  • Shared responsibility with your team for recruiting technical profiles in both temporary and permanent positions.

  • Development, implementation, and review of recruitment strategies and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement of the team.

  • Inspiring leadership of your team and targeted support in sales activities to achieve ambitious goals.

  • Ensuring compliance with and efficient use of company-wide systems and processes within your branch.

  • Close collaboration with various stakeholders to apply and further develop innovative recruitment and selection methods.

  • Maximizing market potential in your region to not only meet but exceed set goals for yourself, your branch, and Randstad.



Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or certification in a related field, or more than 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Two years of experience in direct sales with a proven track record, demonstrated through increasing responsibility.

  • Ability to make informed business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ambitious, motivated, and determined to meet and exceed financial goals and KPIs.

  • You are a motivating, passionate, and enthusiastic leader.

  • You are a persuasive, proactive, and engaging personality with strong planning skills.

  • You are distinguished by a high level of service orientation, flexibility, and quality awareness.

  • You have an eye for detail and excel with your organizational skills and strength in coordination.

  • You find it easy to set up new processes and successfully implement them together with the team.

  • You are open to new technologies/tools and approach change positively.

  • You are fluent in French (native or near-native level) and have strong English skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of any additional language is an advantage.
