For one of our clients, a world leader in the CDMO industry and biotechnology, we are currently looking for a USP Bioprocess Engineer.

General Information:

Our client’s site in Visp, Switzerland is growing and for their Biologics organization, we are seeking experienced USP Bioprocess Engineers.

The role focuses on process improvement and operational readiness within Biologics Upstream Processing (USP).

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and implement systems that increase efficiency and optimize all phases of service or production processes, from design to manufacturing.
Oversee process design projects, and ensure the efficient and safe functioning of all the processes related to producing a product, substance, or service.
Design processes and equipment related to the development and commercialization of products or services that are cost effective and in keeping with a given budget.
Evaluate existing processes, suggest measures for improvement, and configure manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability, boost productivity, quality, and profitability, and develop best practices within the production process.
Implement methods and process designs, create prototypes, tests, and make necessary modifications where required.
