About this role
We are currently looking for a Solution Design Lead for a 6-month maternity cover assignment for our client based in Eysins, within the Global Digital Health team.
Working in cross-functional project teams, this role will contribute to the design and implementation of solutions innovating patient care. The successful candidate will apply established behavioural science approaches and assist in translating evidence-based frameworks into practical digital interventions across the company portfolio and a variety of therapeutic areas, in particular rare tumours.
Your Role:
- Design patient and stakeholder integrated health journeys, ensuring that digital solutions align with established behavioral science principles.
- Develop evidence-based digital interventions and educational content to drive health outcomes and access to care.
- Explore and integrate end-user (patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals) needs to maximise value proposition and effectiveness of integrated health solutions.
- Lead content development workstreams, liaising with creative agencies and supporting medical, legal and regulatory revision processes.
- Manage external vendors and experts (e.g. KOLs), review deliverables and help ensure alignment with predefined standards and project goals.
- Work with in-market and study data to support segmentation efforts and identify behavioural risks.
- Monitor data collection for non-interventional studies assessing engagement and intervention effectiveness.
- Support Product Owners, gather insights, identify frictions and propose improvements to enhance performance and value delivery.
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree/PhD in behavioural science, health psychology, product design or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital health, behavioural science, or regulated product design roles utilising user-centered design, Agile ways of working, or digital product development
- Experience generating evidence and insights (qualitative and/or quantitative)
- Advanced business acumen to prioritise the most impactful solution design activities and balance with project constraints
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to support multiple workstreams
- Clear and structured communicator, comfortable working in cross-functional environments
- Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
