• Performance should be assessed according to the tangible and measurable outputs of the work assignment above.
• Payments will be made in instalments based on the timely submission and clearance of each deliverable with 100 per cent payment upon delivery of final Mapping Report and Guidance Note incorporating comments and feedback received from PCCMHS members/partners.
• The consultant must adhere to the OHCHR Data Protection Principles and maintain confidentiality.
• The consultant will be responsible to follow OHCHR writing and communication guidelines/style manuals.
• Inception Meeting - 13 October 2025
• Submission of inception report with workplan and timeline – 15 October 2026
• Submission of the Framework socialization content - 29 October 2025
• Submission of expert perspective content - 12 November 2025
• Submission of lived experience content - 26 November 2025
• Submission of the revised final contents and final report - 5 December 2025
