Output 1 by February 28, 2026: List of identified trade and investment support institutions (TISIs) and other national institutions validated by ITC. At least twelve interviews with the identified trade and investment support institutions (TISIs) and other national institutions according to ITC questionnaire. Questionnaires with validated responses submitted to ITC, in English. Output 2 by April 15, 2026: At least twelve additional interviews with the identified trade and investment support institutions (TISIs) and other national institutions according to ITC questionnaire. Questionnaires with validated responses submitted to ITC, in English. At least three good practices drafted according to ITC format. Questionnaires with validated responses submitted to ITC, in English. Final report on the survey implementation, institutions interviewed, and challenges faced when conducting the interviews. Output 3 by June 30, 2026: Secured venue with working internet, microphone, screen and projector, tables and chairs for the in-person SheTrades Outlook validation workshop, approximately 50 participants. Secured interpretation services, with audio equipment provided by interpretation service provider. Prepared invitation letters, agenda, registration and evaluation forms in Khmer. Sent invitation and follow up to public and private sector stakeholders to ensure their participation in the workshop. Secured bilateral meetings with relevant government agencies, at the technical level. Provided technical inputs, facilitated, and moderated discussions, and collected feedback/ recommendations from stakeholders. Collected monitoring and evaluation information for the workshop and shared with ITC (in-person participant lists, photos during the event and evaluation forms). Liaised with co-organizers, speakers and ITC HQ to organize the in-person workshop.
