We are seeking
Octapharma AG is looking for a motivated IT Service Desk Agent (1st Level Support) for the headquarter in Lachen. The IT Support is managed by our IT Center in Vienna.
Your main responsibilities and opportunities
- First contact for IT support
- Troubleshooting various problems with PCs, printers and general IT infrastructure
- Escalation of problems
- Administration of mobile devices (phones and tablets)
- Operate with Ticket System
- Training / introduction of users regarding basis IT applications and devices
- Routine tasks (like verification of Backups)
Your Profile
- Solid experience with first level support
- Completed vocational training and further training as a SIZ II or ICT IT supporter or equivalent kledge
- Service oriented person with strong communication skills
- Strong affinity to information technology
- Fact-based analytical approach and eager to get things done – motivated
- Hands on and problem-solving mentality
- Willingness to learn and stay up to date with your kledge
- Fluent in English and German
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English and German
