We are seeking

Octapharma AG is looking for a motivated IT Service Desk Agent (1st Level Support) for the headquarter in Lachen. The IT Support is managed by our IT Center in Vienna. 

Your main responsibilities and opportunities

  • First contact for IT support
  • Troubleshooting various problems with PCs, printers and general IT infrastructure
  • Escalation of problems
  • Administration of mobile devices (phones and tablets)
  • Operate with Ticket System
  • Training / introduction of users regarding basis IT applications and devices
  • Routine tasks (like verification of Backups)


Your Profile

  • Solid experience with first level support
  • Completed vocational training and further training as a SIZ II or ICT IT supporter or equivalent kledge
  • Service oriented person with strong communication skills
  • Strong affinity to information technology
  • Fact-based analytical approach and eager to get things done – motivated
  • Hands on and problem-solving mentality
  • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with your kledge
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English and German
