About this role

Salary: CHF 20’000 - 25’000 per year

Requirements:

Enrolled in a bachelors or masters program in IT / Computer Science
Working knowledge of Git and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React)
Ability to develop REST APIs and basic database knowledge
Problem-solver with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and a team-player attitude
Fluent in English (German knowledge is a plus)
Previous experience with web development projects (personal or academic) is a plus

Responsibilities:

Develop new features in React-based websites and internal tools
Fix bugs and improve stability across frontends and related services
Monitor key services and logs to ensure system health and escalate issues when needed
Implement UI/UX improvements, design tweaks, and small optimizations
Maintain and improve documentation for recurring tasks, components, and systems
Contribute ideas to improve product, processes, and developer experience
