Test Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks:

• You will develop and implement integration and verification strategies for actuators in alignment with project planning.

• Another key responsibility includes defining and continuously improving general verification methodologies based on system requirements and use cases.

• You will also be responsible for planning and ensuring timelines, infrastructure, budget, and quality assurance across all verification activities.

• You will take ownership of the coordination, execution, and monitoring of test processes in close collaboration with development departments (mechanics, electronics, and software) as well as verification teams.

• Additionally, you will analyze test results, assess risks, and initiate appropriate measures to enhance quality.

• An exciting part of your role involves defining series production tests, taking into account risk analyses and statistical methods.

• Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with project managers, development and verification engineers, validation managers, and external partners.

Requirements

• Degree in Software or Electrical Engineering and bring several years of experience in testing complex, interdisciplinary systems such as embedded software, electronics, mechanics, and sensors.

• in-depth knowledge of designing and executing integration and verification processes.

• hands-on experience with test management tools and agile methodologies, and are proficient in build, release, and DevOps test automation.

• ISTQB certification as a Test Manager is a plus and will further strengthen your profile.

• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, completes your profile.
