Salary: CHF 80’000 - 110’000 per year
Requirements:
- Completed basic education in retail and several years of specific professional experience
- Previous direct leadership experience
- Higher education with a business background, ideally with further training as a retail specialist
- Proven experience in a similar result-oriented position and knowledge of the responsibilities of such a role
- Innovative and proactive in seeking new challenges
- Enjoy strategic tasks and evaluations, such as ad hoc analyses and KPIs
- Ability to lead a team with result-oriented coaching and motivation skills
Responsibilities:
- Strategic management of all areas, including planning and organizing promotions
- Continuously assess the commercial situation, analyze relevant metrics, and derive specific improvement measures
- Lead, motivate, and coach employees, identify and promote young talent
- Identify local and seasonal customer needs, conduct internal and external benchmarks, and implement any necessary optimizations
- Actively and collaboratively communicate and work with headquarters and suppliers
- Responsible for planning and implementing budgetary requirements
- Independently conduct hiring, termination, and employee discussions
- Build a motivated, customer- and performance-oriented team
- Ensure quantitative and qualitative staffing structures in line with the strategic direction
