Salary: CHF 90’000 - 120’000 per year

Requirements:

• Completed studies in the field of energy supply (HF/FH/ETH) or a vocational training (e.g. electrical installer) with additional education in system technology or energy systems.
• Several years of leadership or project experience, preferably in the field of protection technology.
• Structured and analytical working style, with a sense of duty and a service-oriented personality.
• Willingness to work in on-call duty.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and personnel leadership, continuously developing the team.
• Take on project and sub-project management for the construction and modification of substations and power plants, with a focus on protection and control technology.
• Configure, test, and evaluate protection and control technology systems and their components.
• Ensure the quality and continuity of the facilities by creating or revising concepts.
• Prepare tenders, evaluate incoming offers, and facilitate optimal procurement for future readiness.
