About this role

Salary: CHF 90’000 - 120’000 per year

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (FH, Uni, ETH)
Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including experience as a software architect
Passion for leadership and commitment to supporting the personal and professional development of team members
Expertise in full-stack development with knowledge of frontend development using HTML 5 and JavaScript/TypeScript (e.g., Vue.js/React/Angular) and backend development (preferably with Spring Boot)
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MariaDB, SQL Server) and familiarity with DevOps practices and toolset (e.g., GitLab, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes)

Responsibilities:

Actively collaborate with the development team to continuously enhance products and other solutions in the eHealth sector
Analyze requirements with the business team and implement them effectively
Lead the recruitment, management, and professional development of team members
Foster collaboration with other team leaders and management to exchange leadership ideas and best practices
