About this role

Salary: CHF 90’000 - 120’000 per year

Requirements:

A completed degree in computer science (FH) or equivalent experience in the ICT field, with a focus on firewall, switching, routing, and wireless technologies.
3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and configuring complex networks.
Self-motivated, structured, and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to initiating new solutions.
ITIL, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent certification in security.

Responsibilities:

Managing, monitoring, and reporting our ICT network environment with the System Engineering team.
Analyzing disruptions, initiating and monitoring measures to rectify fault conditions.
Participating in technical support (2nd and 3rd level) and independently developing technical concepts and overseeing their implementation.
Procuring, provisioning, and configuring new IT infrastructure (including network).
Participating in and leading IT projects and assuming responsibility for their implementation.
Detailed documentation of service and functional areas for traceability.
Performing on-call duty.
