About this role

Salary: CHF 90’000 - 120’000 per year

Requirements:

A degree in IT and additional education in business informatics or business administration
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the SAP environment, with SD module experience being advantageous
Proven experience in optimizing and defining business processes
Strong team player who thrives in an agile and dynamic environment
Solution-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to customer service
Active communication skills with various stakeholders

Responsibilities:

Providing technical and functional support and participating in the implementation of the SAP SD Sales module
Customizing business processes in SAP and creating specifications for necessary developments in the SD environment
Handling changes and implementing new functions according to the change process and ensuring quality through intensive functional and module testing
Providing 2nd/3rd level support to key users and end-users using the incident process
Leading sub-projects for SD topics in the project "Expansion of SAP according to the new architecture"
Documenting processes and IT functions
Coordinating and collaborating with external SAP consultants
