About this role

Salary: CHF 80’000 - 100’000 per year

Requirements:

•
5+ years in QA, test automation, or SDET.
•
Strong coding skills (ideally in Go or Python) and ability to build test frameworks.
•
Experience testing APIs, distributed systems, or blockchain nodes.
•
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps testing practices.
•
Background in Web3/blockchain or strong interest in cryptography & security.
•
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a collaborative remote-first team.

Responsibilities:

•
Design and implement automated test frameworks in Go for integration and system testing.
•
Validate consensus flows, node transactions, and cryptographic operations.
•
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous reliability.
•
Work closely with developers to identify weak spots, break systems early, and ensure scalability and security.
•
Contribute to a culture of quality, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
