Software Engineer Backend - trading infrastructure

Salary: CHF 120’000 - 150’000 per year

Requirements:

• Master or Bachelor in Computer Science with 5+ years of Java experience
• Strong expertise with Java (8 - 21), Spring, SpringBoot, Hibernate/JPA, Maven
• Experience working with event-driven applications, ideally with RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Experience with Docker, Jenkins, GitHub
• Strong interest in financial industry mechanisms; working experience in the securities trading domain is an asset
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills
• Team player, rigorous, and autonomous
• Fluent in English; French is an asset

Responsibilities:

• Your role will include:
• Conduct the actual development of the solution
• Help team Lead to design new APIs and database models
• Document the architecture design, business test scenarios based on business needs
• Contribute to code review, code testing (Junit + E2E), and manual testing in pre-production environment
• Contribute in analyzing and fixing Level 3 Support
• Doing deployment up to production
