About this role

Salary: CHF 90’000 - 110’000 per year

Requirements:

Strong fundamentals in TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, and SQL databases.
Experience with data pipelines.
A pragmatic, customer-focused approach, with a strong sense of ownership and belief in the Kadoa vision.
Effective communication skills, especially in a digital, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities:

Design and evolve our AI and data pipeline architectures
Optimize existing code for maintainability, embracing pragmatism over perfection.
Scale and optimize our infrastructure to support growth in our core customer segments.
Collaborate on integrating our platform within corporate infrastructures.
Contribute to a culture of risk-taking and rapid testing, balancing speed with high quality.
