About this role

Salary: CHF 110’000 - 120’000 per year

Requirements:

•
4+ years of professional experience in software engineering
•
Strong expertise across the stack: front-end, back-end, and cloud services
•
Experience owning major projects and driving them from design to deployment
•
Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to lead by example
•
A degree from a top-tier university or an excellent academic record is highly beneficial

Responsibilities:

•
Own and lead full-stack projects involving web apps, cloud infrastructure, and intelligent features
•
Design and scale the architecture for long-term product growth and performance
•
Build customer-facing tools that deliver real-time insights and reduce operational overhead
•
Collaborate closely with product, customer success, and leadership to align on priorities and deliverables
•
Actively contribute to technical culture through mentorship, code quality, and innovation
•
Shape engineering best practices in a lean, outcome-driven team
