About this role

Salary: CHF 110'000 - 130'000 per year

Requirements:

6+ years of full-stack development experience, with strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, building scalable applications
Balanced experience between front-end and back-end development, delivering accessible, maintainable UIs while also designing RESTful APIs
Strong experience with testing methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and writing clean, secure, and well-structured code
Proven ability to own and deliver complex features end-to-end, including system design, implementation, and technical leadership within engineering teams

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end development of full-stack features using React/Next.js and Node.js, from technical design through production rollout and monitoring
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers and Designers to define technical requirements, shape solutions, and prioritize roadmap initiatives
Drive system architecture and DevOps practices, contributing to scalable, maintainable platform design
Mentor engineers and contribute to team delivery by guiding implementation, debugging, and breaking down complex technical problems
