SAP Application Manager SD (m/w/d) 80-100%

Salary: CHF 90’000 - 120’000 per year

Requirements:

• A degree in IT and additional education in business informatics or business administration
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the SAP environment, with SD module experience being advantageous
• Proven experience in optimizing and defining business processes
• Strong team player who thrives in an agile and dynamic environment
• Solution-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to customer service
• Active communication skills with various stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical and functional support and participating in the implementation of the SAP SD Sales module
• Customizing business processes in SAP and creating specifications for necessary developments in the SD environment
• Handling changes and implementing new functions according to the change process and ensuring quality through intensive functional and module testing
• Providing 2nd/3rd level support to key users and end-users using the incident process
• Leading sub-projects for SD topics in the project "Expansion of SAP according to the new architecture"
• Documenting processes and IT functions
• Coordinating and collaborating with external SAP consultants
