Rust Network Engineer (remote)

Salary: CHF 120’000 - 140’000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong Rust experience in systems or backend engineering.
• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (UDP, packet-level operations, routing, network integration).
• Experience with performance optimization and low-level debugging.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain low-latency, high-throughput systems.
• Build and refine networking components and protocol-level code.
• Improve performance, reliability, and fault tolerance across services.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to shape architecture.
• Debug complex distributed-system issues in production.
