Risk Lead – Crypto & DeFi

Salary: CHF 175’000 - 200’000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong quantitative skills: Python, SQL, Excel.
• Hands-on experience with DeFi protocols (lending, perpetuals, stablecoins) across EVM or Solana.
• Knowledge of risk frameworks
• Excellent communication for clear documentation and cross-team collaboration.
• Comfortable making decisions under uncertainty and evolving complex systems.
• Regular use of AI tools to augment analysis and workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Develop capital and liquidity models for lending markets and real-world assets.
• Convert qualitative and operational risks into actionable, quantitative parameters.
• Run stress tests, scenario analyses, and monitoring dashboards.
• Collaborate with engineers, risk partners, and stakeholders to codify frameworks into governance tools.
• Track allocations and refine models based on real-world outcomes.
