Regional Technical Consultant in Solar Energy

Salary: CHF 80'000 - 120'000 per year

Requirements:

• Completed education in Electrical Engineering.
• Several years of technical work experience in the energy sector (for example as an installer of Solar Energy & Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)).
• Some knowledge of the energy sector (solar energy and energy storage) and a desire to delve deeper into this field.
• A commercial mindset and excellent relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English at a professional level and preferably one or more Nordic languages.
• A positive mindset and a desire to learn.
• Ability to work independently while recognizing the benefits of collaboration.
• Willingness to travel to support our Nordic customers.
• Preferred location in Sweden or Denmark; Norway and Finland are also considered.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advice and support to resellers, installers, and their end users in the field of solar energy inverters and energy storage (batteries) from the Huawei portfolio.
• Offer technical support and advice on sustainable energy solutions to sales colleagues within the ALSO Nordics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and addressing concerns or issues.
• Act as the technical point of contact and advisor for resellers, installers, and end customers.
• Stay up to date on relevant market trends and the latest products.
• Participate in events, fairs, roadshows, and business meetings; conduct trainings and certification workshops.
• Complete necessary technical pre-sales and after-sales certifications as required by vendors.
