About this role

Salary: CHF 80’000 - 120’000 per year

Requirements:

Completed education in Electrical Engineering.
Several years of technical work experience in the energy sector (for example as an installer of Solar Energy & Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)).
Some knowledge of the energy sector (solar energy and energy storage) and a desire to delve deeper into this field.
A commercial mindset and excellent relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in English at a professional level and preferably one or more Nordic languages.
A positive mindset and a desire to learn.
Ability to work independently while recognizing the benefits of collaboration.
Willingness to travel to support our Nordic customers.
Preferred location in Sweden or Denmark; Norway and Finland are also considered.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical advice and support to resellers, installers, and their end users in the field of solar energy inverters and energy storage (batteries) from the Huawei portfolio.
Offer technical support and advice on sustainable energy solutions to sales colleagues within the ALSO Nordics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and addressing concerns or issues.
Act as the technical point of contact and advisor for resellers, installers, and end customers.
Stay up to date on relevant market trends and the latest products.
Participate in events, fairs, roadshows, and business meetings; conduct trainings and certification workshops.
Complete necessary technical pre-sales and after-sales certifications as required by vendors.
