Managing Director - Data & AI Consultancy - Munich or Zürich (fluent German required)

Salary: CHF 180’000 - 200’000 per year

Requirements:

• Senior leadership experience in consulting, technology, or data/AI
• Proven success in building and scaling service-led businesses
• Strong client network within Swiss or German enterprise environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and delivery
• Fluent in German and English

Responsibilities:

• Lead the build-out of a new regional business hub (Germany or Switzerland)
• Shape and execute go-to-market and business development strategy
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a local team of top-tier data & AI consultants
• Establish and grow enterprise client relationships, leveraging a strong HQ delivery track record
• Represent the firm in the market as a credible thought leader and trusted advisor
• Forge partnerships with key technology vendors to enhance offerings and delivery capacity
