Salary: CHF 75’000 - 105’000 per year
Requirements:- Education as a qualified nursing professional with further training as a study nurse or completed studies with a natural science background
- Experience in administration and organization of clinical processes
- Experience in data management and maintenance of medical quality registers
- Knowledge in gynecology is advantageous
- Organizational talent, attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, reliable and independent work style
- Open and outgoing person with quick comprehension
- Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
- Good IT skills and proficient in working with MS-Office and possibly database systems
- Organizing and managing the administrative processes and certification standards (e.g. organization including scheduling of boards, quality circles, M&M conferences, management meetings)
- Maintenance of quality registers in various areas (data management)
- Collaboration in certifications
- Process optimizations and standardization (e.g. creating SOPs)
